I ordered a shopping trolley for my mum who's 84. She owned one before and it lasted very well but had seen better days. The trolley arrived very quickly and was in use the next day. But unfortunately a wheel broke. I contacted Ability Superstore and explained my mums problem and with no difficulty or quibble a new one was sent out immediately. My mum is useing this replacement trouble free and is happy with it. What I did like and appreciate was the email contact from Ability asking if everything was OK and was myself and mum satisfied. There final e mail was to wish us a merry christmas, I use the internet a lot but no one has ever done that. Excellent service Ability Superstore.
