Bozowi

OK - the best rate i found at the time.

Best rate for the phone (unfortunately not much).

I felt uneasy about using an unknown site (i hadn't heard of Bozowi but I found them on google).

I left a review on trustpilot which was 3/5 stars. I mistakenly thought that I hadn't received confirmation of the agreed amount for the phone. However, I've since realised that they had sent one invoice but my email did not display the images of the message which contained the agreed price.

Unfortunately, I received a letter this morning from Bozowi threatening legal action to take me to court so that they could have my review removed and have me pay the costs of their "loss of business" as a result of my review, losses which they said amount to approximately £5000 to date. I perceived this letter to be a gross over reaction and I found it to be very threatening.

I will never consider Bozowi again. I believe they have not acted fairly towards me and I feel that they have not conducted themselves in a professional manner.
