Sorry to hear you had issues with your order I have personally looked into this order to see the root cause of the problem and have been made aware that as the lights were Eglo coming direct from Hungary there was a slight delay as it is a very popular outdoor light and the demand for this product was high at the time, we had it marked as in stock as it was in stock with the supplier at that time. we will check out of stock items more often with suppliers to ensure we dont have this problem in the future, we pride ourselves on good customer service and hope we can give you a better experience for you in the future.
