Worst Internet purchase to date!!

Waited weeks to receive items that were shown as stock. Offered 5% off which I don't think I recieved. Had to argue via several emails to return 3 or 4 items with manufacturing defects. Offered a further 5% off (that I never received) when I had to wait several week to receive the replacement fittings. Make several purchases a week on the internet as a company, this has been our worst experience to date.

Sorry to hear you had issues with your order I have personally looked into this order to see the root cause of the problem and have been made aware that as the lights were Eglo coming direct from Hungary there was a slight delay as it is a very popular outdoor light and the demand for this product was high at the time, we had it marked as in stock as it was in stock with the supplier at that time. we will check out of stock items more often with suppliers to ensure we dont have this problem in the future, we pride ourselves on good customer service and hope we can give you a better experience for you in the future. I will Send you a refund of £15.00 for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your business :) :)
