I ordered Christmas presents on 8th December.
I still don't have them.
There has been much effort on my part to get these sent to me, but the company is disinterested- hey, they have my money, what do they care?
Generic email replies repeatedly asking me to send them some pathetic form (I've sent it God knows how many times now), unanswered phonecalls, no customer service.
Staggeringly there is also no accessible complaints procedure.
Just don't use them. Stay away. Then you won't have to deal with family upset at Christmas and at least a month afterwards.
They are inexcusable.
