I waited 3 weeks for my cleanser to be delivered to me. Finally it arrived but the cap had come off and a third of the contents had spilled out. I emailed BeautyBay's customer service over a month ago and again last week. NO REPLY!! I've had good experiences with BeautyBay before but after this experience I don't think I'll buy from them again!
