Prices are competitive but postage costs not included (even for a $200 purchase)

Good range of products but many items were not available when I wanted to purchase, and they took way too long to become available again, albeit, this is somewhat dictated by suppliers. All of the online sites I typically use in the UK (e.g. Wiggle, Chain Reaction Cycles) will always ship part of an order if some items are not in stock - but not Outlet Inn, and this is why I have only given them 4 stars. All of the online sites I regularly use also have free postage for orders over A$100 - but not Outlet Inn. Communication as to when the outstanding items would become available was also non existent. Certainly a few areas to target for future improvement.
