bad delivery and customer service

Hi,

This is my first time ordering from beautybay and it has been so disappointing! My order is not yet come and its been more than a month already, I've emailed them twice because its been more than 20 working days, and NOT a single REPLY come!! Even worse, there's not a single way for me to track my order whatsoever.
I often shopped online, but this is the first time i experienced super bad service like this. Sorry beautybay, but you forced me to write a not so friendly review.
