Excellent service
Rang at 18.30 one evening with a query regarding a possible purchase. Someone working late took a message and I was contacted early next day. Staff very obliging and helpful. Delivery very quick and easy.

Problem dealt with swiftly
The ordering was easy and I received multiple emails updating me as to the status of the order.
Although we had a problem with the product it was replaced swiftly and with little difficulty.
The biggest problem was the 20 minute wait to speak to someone on the telephone.
