Efficient order dispatch, less good initial assistance, but then good follow-up
My order was dispatched efficiently but not much help given in determining the right size of splint to order and no reply at all to an email sent to the info@vivomed.com address. If it's not going to be looked at, don't provide it as an address.
However, subsequent exchange with the company has improved the information available on the website and explained the initial non-response, so I am happy to improve the rating.

The info@vivomed.com email address is monitored every working day and all emails are acted upon, please accept my apologies if you did not get a reply but I can only assume your email was blocked by our email filtering software for some reason.
If you could please email me directly (Chris@Vivomed.com) I will look into what has happened and try to improve the way we provide information as to how you determine what size splint you may need as this will be very useful to other customers as well.
