I ordered online, fantastic products, excellent same day delivery. These were a birthday present for my mum, the flowers turned up and were lovely but the lady forgot the chocolates. She called my mum and apologised profusely and organised for my mum to pick up the chocolates when she was next in town. Good service to sort the problem but problem shouldn't have happened.
