As if it's not hard enough to cope with the loss of a loved one it makes it a hell of a lot worse when flowers are ordered and paid for but someone stuffs up and only half the order is delivered.To top it off several emails have been sent and still no reply how rude to treat a customer this way the flowers that were delivered to my daughter were beautiful but we would appreciate the other lot delivered as requested to the parents as ordered.
