Ordered a Wii U on the 7th December for next day delivery. When it didn't turn up I was assured it would be with me over the weekend, it wasn't. Was then told they no longer stocked it with the game I wanted but they could ship it with another game, fine. The following day two Wii U's arrived including the one I was told they no longer stocked. I was then charged twice. Returned one wii u in January but have not been refunded and they are not answering my emails. Hoping this might get their attention, going to try Facebook and Twitter next.
