I was expecting the delivery of a glass decanter about three days after it arrived. The tracking service was very clear so I was aware it was happening quickler than expected. Very impressive speed of delivery. Attitude of the delivery man spot on between friendliness and professionalism. All pluses.
After much research we found our new Hotpoint washer/dryer at an excellent price at ao.com. We selected our delivery date and were told to expect a call around 07.00 on the day to let us know when it would arrive. The call was received the night before as the delivery was aimed between 07.00 and 08.00. It arrived at 07.10, the old machine was taken away, the guys were very friendly and helpful. Great service, no reservations. Fully recommeneded.
Mainly great service and at the most competitive price I could find - and I did look. Delivery was to Spain so I was a little nervous. The ordering process was so straight forward and the tracking comprehensive from the start. The nervous bit was justified in that although the package was signed for, it was not signed for by the addressee, who didn't recognise the signature when checking on line who had signed (Why didn't the courier check and make a record of the name of the person signing, as signatures can be unreadable) The courier had delivered to an address two blocks away from the addressee but fortunately it was brought to the house a couple of days later. I mention this because it gave me cause to contact Parcel2Go for them to chase the parcels whereabouts, and they were brilliant with their on-line help (Lizzie and Amelia at different times), explaining that the driver would be interviewed and they would report back. The downside was that the driver said he had delivered to the correct address and if the person who took it in had been dishonest, the package may never have appeared. ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT IN MAKING SURE IT GOES TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND THE RECIPIENT'S NAME IS RECORDED IN CAPITALS RATHER THAN TRYING TO DECIPHER A SIGNATURE IF PROBLEMS ARISE.
Ordered the large "teardrop" bouquet for a funeral and was extremely pleased with it. Very pretty and exactly as shown in the picture. I had to phone Iflorist after I had placed my order as I found out it was a "woodland" burial, and no cellophane or oasis was allowed. They were very helpful. I was kept up to date with the situation of my order and was emailed when it had been delivered. I would recommend them and would use again.
Having been cruising to the Norwegian fjords we wanted an easy to handle photo book/album keepsake of the holiday in a design of our own.
We knew of Jessops through my sister and had seen the quality of their work, so decided to try this route.
The software was very easy to use, allowing us to input text and line up/turn/overlap photos from the computer until we were happy with the result. We then sent our 'project' to Jessops and were delighted with the resultant album which came back very quickly and at a very reasonable cost.
We will definitely use the service again.
I ordered a Bosch power washer 1250 last Tuesday lunchtime - the price was very competitive for the washer alone, but the package also included a patio cleaner (RRP around £40) - immediately a good deal.
Delivery was ultra efficient in that it turned up early afternoon the following day, and I was kept me informed of progress by e-mail (tracking was an option if they had given me time to use it).
Stunning service, and the washer has already done a good job for me - not really sure the patio cleaner is necessary except for preventing the dirt spraying around as I didn't find it easy to handle and the rota fitment does a great job - followed by a gentle washdown with the power fitment and all is left tidy and clean.
