Great customer service
My items were delivered in good time - although I was made aware that they may take longer to arrive. The best idea is to ring before you place an order as their great on the phone and really helpful with stock information.
Everything was well packed - I'm getting a few different delivered with my one order but so far everything's going ok. My only small issue is that I couldn't get the tracking number to work with Pallet Ways website, as it's actually delivered with UPS. I just think they need to be clearer about this in the Dispatched By section of the dispatch notice - as I read the email on my phone I didn't see the UPS link my browser email gives me. Only a tiny gripe though so 5 stars.

Gorgeous tap, speedily delivered!
The waterfall tap was delivered when expected and extremely well packaged. It looks great in the box and is very substantial i.e. heavy - looking forward to getting it installed in the bathroom.

Great quality and price
Really pleased with shower set and radiator. Delivery was as expected and everything arrived safely. The items haven't been installed yet but look great out of the box - lovely finish on the chrome.
