I can see a watchdog episode reviewing this company! EXACT same issue with a groupon. I paid for the groupon and then was charged by the HUT. I have emailed them for the 6th time today as they have avoided answering my request for a refund. And by ignore, I mean they email me back asking for my Groupon code and fobbing me off. This morning they emailed me their customer service number which is an automated message directing me back to the email! I have emailed Groupon as they should only be trading with approved companies in my opinion, which The Hut surprisingly is not.
Does this company think they can treat consumers like this with no reprisals? Trading Standards will be knocking on their door shortly I'm sure. They have actually stolen from me and I AM MAD!!
