OK, I'll be honest, I needed to have two of the four strips replaced, but in some ways apart from the frustration caused, this bizarrely enhanced the experience! They say you only truly get to know an organisation when you have a problem. Mr Memory excelled in both their email help and replacement service.

The memory is all installed and working perfectly. a brilliant service
