The first £200 tap I received was damaged so the plumber had to return to fit the replacement another day, the 2nd tap began to leak as soon as it was fitted so fingers crossed for the 3rd tap!! The aftersales dept does not take calls directly, everything has to be done by email. They have so far refused to cover my expense of additional plumbing costs to remove and reinstall the taps and I am still waiting for the manager to call me.....
Great sales service however if there are any issues such as items being out of stock or delays to deliveries you may be hard pushed to speak to customer services in a timely manner. Waits of over 10 mins to customer services have been the norm for me and I am still waiting for responses to 2 emails from over a week ago.
