Long delivery wait ?

I ordered two childrens beds because the website said in stock and available for next day delivery. We had to wait about 3 weeks until delivery. I would have went elsewhere if I had known delivery would take this long but I had paid for them upfront.......I have received a reply from We Are Beds and they have explained that the beds were in stock but the mattresses were not so they had to order them in. This was the reason for the delay, they have assured me that this should have been made clear on checkout and that they are going to amend the process. With this in mind and that I know the reson I would definately use We Are Beds again but I would make sure of delivery dates.

Thanks for your feedback and I'm sorry for any confusion over our delivery timescales. The beds that you purchased are available with next day delivery, but unfortunately the mattresses you purchased at the same time are not and have to be ordered in. Our policy is to consolidate orders and ship everything together where possible, to save our customers from having to be available for two separate deliveries. All this information is contained within our 'Delivery' page on the website, but it should also have been made clear to you during the checkout process, my apologies if that was not the case.

We try to make delivery information as clear as possible on the website and we are constantly reviewing and updating our policies. We will look at how delivery information is displayed and try and make it more readily available during the ordering/checkout process.
