Hotel Direct

Booked over the phone and the service was fantastic.

Had trouble booking online with my credit card so called instead. I was put straight through to one of the sales team who confirmed my booking within minutes. Far cheaper than booking with the hotel directly. As long as the hotel has the reservation upon arrival I will be using Hoteldirect.co.uk again.
