Interparcel

Absolutely shocking service

I booked a courier service no one has pick the parcel up. I email them no one got back to me. I had to ring them up and pay 10p a minute to speak to a person with an attitude. Now I have to give a customer a refund and Interparcel will not in anyway compensate me.

Would not recommend.
