Absolutley Awful

I received my order in 2 parts eventually. Delivery took quite a while.

I contacted customer service as I wanted to return 3 items. Could not get through on phone so sent a message asking for a returns number.

Received a reply with returns authorisation & items were posted back.

Still waiting for a refund! Contacted on several occasions now & sent proof of postage but still having to wait.
I think I understand now why they can offer such low prices....they are thieves and do not refund!!!
