I am very disapointed with a fact that the delivery was started with a Royal Mail tracking # and finiched with a GLS tacking # & nobody told me about it...
I am also disappointed that in the Royal Mail web page, was the information that the good was delivered in January 24 and that is FALSE, I got it yesterday
and the label that you use to put the address is so small, that the number of our residence was not included
Well, the price was OK and I think we will make more businees, but again, I am very desappinted with the delivey service

Your parcel was posted with Royal mail international, once it arrives in Portugal it will have to be delivered by the local delivery network. Information on the Royal Mail website can only be updated once the information comes back to them. We find this service very reliable for Europe and international deliveries and is the only economical way that all companies like ourselves use. However we are sorry if you where in any way distressed with the parcel delivery.
