I always use e-florist when there is any reason to send flowers, congratulations, birthday, thanks and sympathy. I find the choice extensive and have always had good feedback - with one exception when they changed the florist in an area to which I send a flowers a lot, however, the next time it seemed to be back to the original.
If there was one thing I would like to improve in the service it would be an e-mail to reassure me that the flowers had been delivered as in some cases such as new babies and bereavement the recipient is not always in a position to thank straight away.
