Constant Crashing on Smart TV

I use BBC iPlayer all the time without issue but everytime i try to use ITV Player is crashes at every advert break .... Last night i had to restart Lewis 8 times and watch untold adverts before it went blank yet again. I have updates the software as suggested and still it's crap. Sort it out ITV ... i hardly watch any of your programmes as it is.
