Can't fault purchase process or the refund of an item that I had ordered incorrectly. However, customer service falls down in the delivery phase. I was advised that the items had been dispatched to the delivery company on the 23rd of Jan and that the delivery company would contact me within 2 working days to arrange delivery. The delivery company phoned me on the 25th to say that they would deliver that day. At the end of Friday I phoned them to discover that the items had not been received from Better Bathrooms but was assured that they would be delivered on the 26th by 1pm. The items did not appear and I phoned again to be told that the items had still not been received from Better Bathrooms. I phoned again on Mon 28th to be told that bad weather had held up delivery but that the delivery company would phone me when they had received the items. This is now the 30th and I have not received any calls from either the delivery company or Better Bathrooms to follow through on a failed delivery. Weather notwithstanding, this is poor service.
