Have just received email confirmation that delivery could not take place as I was out. Ive been in all day waiting for this delivery from these cowboys!!!!
No card left and trying to speak with anyone in customer services to complain too is impossible, as DPD dont allow it. Stuck in an electronic phone menu with no options to speak with a human being.
Day off work wasted. More worryingly is the fact that they have left a card with parcel details on it but not at my address. God knows where it is.
Will be contacting Amazon to ask them not to use this company to despatch next day delivery items again.

***Call from customer services an hour after posting review. Polite and courteous member of staff was very helpful. Courier delivered later same day, said he had intended to return but could offer no reason as to why he had marked down delivery status as "attemptempted to deliver but customer out" At least he had the decency to look sheepish and made a quick getaway***
