I didn't realised that a signature was requested, so I missed the delivery and had to go to pick up the parcel myself...

I didn't realised that a signature was requested, so I missed the delivery and had to go to pick the parcel up... Meanwhile, I think that the next day delivery is a great option, and the possibility to choose yourself the delivery's window useful...
