We booked a call, were told the engineer would arrive between 9 and 6pm today. At 5.30 we chased it, were told he could still turn up. Of course he didn't and we wasted a whole day of my precious annual leave. No phone call came, no email, nothing. An d worst of all we paid in advance, a fee of £165. Thank God we paid by credit card so can claim it back. Don't touch this unreliable company with a barge pole. We are angry and disgusted.

How nice to be able to buy 'proper' lightbulbs which have not been nannied off of the supermarket and DIY store shelves in favour of those awful 'green' bulbs which throw out so little light. And such quick delivery too.
