Slow despatch, product ok

My experience with Flightstore generally is that despatch and comms can be a little on the slow side, compared with what we've come to expect these days.

I'd like to think that a product ordered at around 3pm would be despatched that day, not - as was the case here - sometime the following day. [Link], though slightly more expensive, are usually much better at this kind of thing.

Flightstore are pretty hot on marketing: I receive numerous emails from them every month. It's a shame their fulfilment doesn't quite match up to this.

The product itself - a cockpit poster for a PA28 - could have been bigger and should really have been coated or laminated (like the half-mil charts). Instead, it looked like it had been printed on an inkjet printer - albeit a pretty good one. I expected more for £15. But I suspect Flightstore are no better or worse than any other supplier of such short-run, specialised items - in fact, they were slightly cheaper than their rivals.

As part of our policy, we do our very best to ship pre-2pm orders the very same day.

Due to our excellent pricing and customer service do receive large peaks in demand, especially during sales. This can create very small, temporary delays however we do all we can to avoid this.

Guaranteed next services like Royal Mail Special Delivery and Parcel Force 24 are unaffected.
