TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY!!!

APPALLING!!!!
My first parcel was delivered to another address in my Street. I eventually retrieved it myself. The second parcel was delivered to an address in Middlesex ( I live in Kent), then they claimed they had tried to deliver it 3 times to my address (NO CALLING CARD WAS EVER LEFT) they said the delivery man took a photo of our address plaque on the wall of our house- well try leaving a bloody calling card!!!!!! The worst of the second parcel is that it has been sent back overseas and the Company have charged me shipping fees, cancellation fees etc and I am only going to receive a fraction refund of the cost of the goods and all because SHITTY LINK can't do their job properly!!!
