the worst most useless company I have ever encountered

i ordered a same day delivery bunch of flowers. the order was processed and all indications were no problems. i received an email telling me they were not going to make the delivery at 1758. 2 minutes before they close and too late to arrange an alternative. look at their online reviews before using this company. they are useless. incidentally did not get an apology. just told the following day it is because their florist in the area was too busy

Reading the response given I am skeptical that the florist was unaware they would not be able to make the delivery until a couple of minutes before 18:00. I initially placed the order with flowers same day who contacted me inside 10 minutes to let me know they would not be able to fulfill the order. I am unsure why it would take e florist 6 hours. I will let others draw their own conclusions. An apology does not really cut it. Same day delivery adds £10 to already overpriced flowers. Would not only not recommend but would advise people to go direct to your local florist or use same day flowers instead
