The colour jacket that we ordered was not available, so an alternate colour was sent, but there was no notification either prior to sending the order, or on the order that a substitution had been made. When I called to report the discrepancy, the customer service rep was very helpful, checked with the buyer on the colour we wanted and called the manufacturer to see if it was available.
