So i ordered a cable for my Samsung galaxy tab 2, after 3 weeks of not having revived the Item I called them to be told it was out of stock even though it wasnt advertised on the Internet which was fine. I requested to speak to a manager 9 times of which I was told there isn't one around and we will fill out a complain form of which you will receive a call back with in 24 hours. 1 week later I'm still waiting. Then I spoke to a supervisor called Maria (I recorded the conversation I had with her) she tried to be little me and was very un helpful... As an assistant manager or Butlins and being customer faced aswell as trained to a high standard I thought I'd let you guys know. They are useless and couldn't care about helping you. Once they took my money they couldn't care less.. I will upload the phone call link to here so you can get a feel around how horrific my experience was with the company. I have now given up on this matter. All it would have taken to make me happy and reassure me as a customer was a call back.... AVOID THIS COMPANY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.
