A Little Disappointed

was very disappointed with delivery drivers efforts. My recipient was at home all day but driver failed to deliver. Apartment is in a gated compound of some 200 properties, but apparently was unable to gain access ??
Therefor putting an extra day and one half on delivery time. Time was the all important thing !
