Useless!

Even if your made a small mistake 5 mins within booking. You have to pay a £25 Admin fee to amend regardless if you are paying more money. Yet the are very quick to send you a e-mail saying please take out 5 mins to write a quick review about us. But they wont send you a confirmation of your booking. Moreover ironic it is they have a section on the website saying click here if you haven't received booking confirmation. It doesn't cost anything to send a e-mail you stingy ppl!!

Thieves! Will never book with you again.
