There is no calling card as the driver hasn't even bothered to come to my door. I called customer services and the driver had stated that noone was in to take delivery (I've been in all day waiting) and his proof of having tried was 'glass door'. My front door is not glass, it is solid wood painted red. The front door of the block has some glass panels as does the internal foyer security door, but not MY door. Customer services were pleasant enough and said they would request that the driver return today but it could be tomorrow. So let me get this straight; you won't ensure that your bone idle driver does the job that they are paid to do properly by making sure that they return to customers properties on the same day that they decided they'd rather not have to bother? So now I'll have to wait in again tomorrow for the same thing to maybe happen all over again. Nice.

Please accept my apologies for the fact that the delivery didn't go as smoothly as it should have. It seems that the driver went to the wrong address.
I have checked on the status of your parcel, and it is scheduled to be delivered between 14:47 and 15:47. I also see that customer services have entered additional delivery instructions to help the driver find the correct address.
