Good service, incompetent builders!

The service from this company was excellent. My emailed query was answered promptly and the delivery came in good time.

Neither my husband or I do much DIY, I should say that to start with. We did find it diffcult getting the screws/bolts in the holes, they didn't seem to be big enough and both items lost a splinter about 3 cms long, sadly at the front.

The instructions were clear and I accept that many of the problems we had are likely to be due to our inexperience. Now they are finally complete they do look good.
