Wont touch them with a barge pole again !!

Received delivery amongst other things and the tiles were damaged. Emailed customer services with the pictures of the damages and there has been no response whatsoever. Called them and had to wait for 20 minutes on hold before I had to go. Then called their sales dept and they were directing me to customer services !!! no success.

Out of frustration I have reported this to trading standards and consumer watch dog on their appalling customer services.
