Great products, good price, fast delivery

Very pleased with this company. I ordered a Sealy mattress, that arrived promptly and in great condition. Delivery men were very friendly. Cheaper that most other online retailers. Would use Mattressman again!


Excellent online service

Very easy to find good tradesmen on MyBuilder. Response time from tradesmen usually very quick. Never add any problem.


not reliable

I was expected a delivery today between 12 and 3pm. The delivery van arrived at 6pm and two packages out of 4 were damaged, with one of my bed sates broken

I usually use DPD or Citylink and never had any problem with them.

Hello Alexandre, The eta's are a rough guide and depend on holdup the driver may of encountered during the day, I do apologise for this.
I have looked on the shipment log, if packaging had any signs of damage a photo is usually taken and added to the shipment log, I will pass this onto the manager of the collecting depot to check future freight from this company, as with all carriers packaging is paramount when items are going through a network.

Never purchase your bed here, unless you want to wait 5 months before getting it

I Ordered a double wooden bed mid December, which I haven't received 2 months later. I gave a call to customer service today and got the following answer: "sorry, you will have to wait a further 3 months as we have issues manufacturing this bed". Great!

Avoid this store, they just want to get your money!

You can find much better deal online by independent retailers (offering next day delivery)

i am so sorry for the delay. unfortunately due to the popularity of the Cambridge bedstead we are experiencing delays with our supplier but are doing what we can to speed this up as much as possible.

Worse courier ever who lie to customer !


I am usually not the kind of person who write bad words about others or companies. But excuse me, YODEL really s....ks!

1/ They attempt to deliver my parcel only 2 times instead of 3 (I got two calling cards).
2/ They ignored my query to reschedule (by phone, twitter, or via their website).
3/ Then I've been told that the driver did not find my address (How come, since I got calling cards?!).
4/ Worse, they told the sender that they attempted to delivered 5 times my parcel (lie)
5/ I never got my parcel and need to pay the the shipping fees again

This is the first time such a nightmare happens to me (after 3 years leaving in London) and I shop online very often. All other couriers delivered my parcels without any problem (<external links removed>).

Conclusion : never use YODEL !
