I purchased quite a lot of the Aurora AU-DLL101 pressed steel downlight 12V low voltage MR16 fixed halogen downlight (AU-DLL101PC) (Polished Chrome) and also the Aurora AU-DLL101 pressed steel downlight 12V low voltage MR16 fixed halogen downlight (AU-DLL101PB) (Polished Brass). There were some that had very light tarnsihes to the coating as well as some light scratches, I then returned them for replacements, only to receive another two with light scratches along with a copy of an "Inspection report" to say that they were in good condition!!
I never asked for another replacement, as the courier ocean lighting were using never delivered the day they said it would and as a result i had to take more time off work. It was more grief than what it was worth.
The lights themselves were off a very good standard and build, easy to assemble and fit to the roof, if all the lights were in good condition and I didn't have to go through the return process, I would have given Ocean Lighting 100%. My overall experience I have to give them only 75%, as the courier wasn't their fault but the condition of the lights were.

Sorry to hear you had an issue with your the down lights I will make it our mission to ensure all our down lights of this range a double checked before we dispatch them to avoid this problem in the future, Yes the Courier is out of our hands all we can do is dispute the delivery delay with DPD, they are one of the best couriers we have used over the years and now have a 1 hour time slot system to avoid waiting in or taking unnecessary time off, however at busy periods of the year they will sometimes have a delayed delivery.
