I ordered a fruit juicer and when I received it, I realised I should have bought a more expensive one. Trevor was a real gentleman and did not dispute my desire to return it. In fact, he did not even ask me to return the item - he said to keep it as a gesture of good will. It has now gone to a hospice shop and we ended up buying another fruit juicer elsewhere but I would use W Hurst again if they stocked an item we wanted.
