I'm amazed by all the excellent reports on here, until you look at the very bottom of the pile and there you see all the complaints, which I can only echo. I ordered a canvas - the quality was shoddy, the photo I sent was reduced to a washed out image. I'm really not sure how they managed to do such a bad job. I tried via email, phone, recorded delivery to contact the company and was completely ignored. As far as I know there is no customer service at all. Their website is a complete con. If you phone the number given, you get through to a mailbox which is usually full. I have reported the company to Trading Standards who have logged my complaint. I hope a few more people do too, as they are not fulfilling the customer's statutory rights. Beware of these self-proclaimed 'Experts'. Their attitude to customers is shoddy and in no way professional.
