I have had a very good experience dealing with BetterBathrooms - the showroom staff in Wigan were very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was on time and the drivers very friendly and polite. A small problem with a toilet pan proved tricky to resolve - mainly because it was difficult to speak to the Customer Service dept during the day. I eventually managed to speak to someone at 8.30 am (phone lines remained unanswered until 8.30 am despite published literature stating opening time was 8.00 am!). Once I managed to speak to "Emma" a replacement pan was dispatched and delivered next day so she redeemed the company's name. Overall very pleased and would recommend the company to anyone.
