I've used End a fair few times now, I know a good bunch of people who use it because of my recommendations and I've always had a positive experience with them. The only negative I can think of is my last order, a shirt, had a slight but very visible pull but because it was in the sale I wouldn't complain (I imagine there are a lot of people who would not be hapy though).

I've had to get in touch with them over returns a few times and they've always got back to me really quickly.

Great range of clothing and sizes too.

They're now doing free returns as well which is great because sending something back after you've paid delivery usually sticks in the throat a little. I really wanted to give End 4 stars but I can't think of a reason why not to offer them the full 5 so I did.

EDIT: I saw another reviewer complain that End use Fed-Ex, but that's part of why I shop with them. Fed-Ex are majorly reliable. I'm so sick of ordering things online and having them delivered by Hermes who have left stuff in my bin, thrown it over my wall, left it in the path in the pouring rain. If you knew where I lived you'd know you just don't go leaving £30 pound jackets in the path nevermind £300! So yeah, good on End for staying clear of Hermes and the like. Although a couple of times it definitely was NOT next day, I'm never in a hurry for clothes though so I'd never really complain but I suppose if you pay for a service you should get it. That's me nitpicking though.

FINAL EDIT: I've found a lot of their measurements to be off ever-so slightly (makes a difference when you're between sizes) and I generally have to consult other websites. But, again, nitpicking because most people I imagine don't have to consult measurements.

But really, I'll keep shopping with End and you should too.
