I was disappointed my sister had not received her birthday bouquet from the Company the order was placed with even though given 5 clear days notice and I did not receive a satisfactory explanation after finally managing to speak with someone.
II placed an order with another well-known retailer only to be faced with checking out problems because their system did not recognise the post-code. I crossed my fingers with my next attempt - with e-florist - and can say I am very impressed. That an employee took the trouble to call me and explain about the flower content for the chosen arrangement and the following speedy delivery impressed me. My sister was delighted with the arrangement. - THANK YOU.
