Everything was good and we got the bath we wanted. Then paid for a specific slot for the delivery. Epic fail. they arrived unannounced 4 days early just before the weekend which they didnt deliver on. By luck we were in. I phoned to complain and was told I shoulda refused it and it woulda come on Monday... Yeah right how much faith did I have in that... So the wife had to man handle it by herself.. (though to be fair the delivery driver - who is not meant to help.. Did)... to get it in the front door.
My bug is the well you shoulda just refused it.. HOW MUCH FAITH DID I HAVE IT WOULD COME ON MONDAY???? As an aside "well... we delivered it and said sorry... so, No we wont refund the specific money for the service we didnt provide.. I know pickky but.. It truly got under my skin... Customer service.. Huhh!!
