I booked parking on my smartphone and paid with visa card. i input the dayes and wet througb the various screens before inputting card details. bookibg was for 11 Feb. booking was confirmed by email. I noticed that the dates had defaulted to the date I had made the booking. i sent an email straight away to cancel and amend the dates but wqs tol this was not acceptable. They would not refund my payment. Therefore I paid for car parking and never used it. They got my money and did not provide the service. Despite several phone calls to explain the situation they would not give me a refund or change the booking.
After sending this review, compnay got in touch and refunded my money, I have now booked correct dates with them as they were the most competitive price. Thank you .
