After calling to confirm that the items were in stock, I was surprised when I received an email a couple of days after placing the order that it would be 12 days later, which was after my bathroom was starting. When I called, they said that they could get it delivered within 7 days if I paid £15. I felt I had no choice so I paid it. Then, I had to chase them on the new delivery day (a Friday) as there was no communication only to be told that it would not be there on that day and would arrive the following Monday.
Aside from this poor service, they were helpful in suggesting the valves needed for the vertical radiators and the delivery drivers were all helpful in that they called prior to delivery and even put the radiators and shower tray where I asked them to store them.
