disgusting scam

never received my item after 20 days despite their promise of delivering within 10 working days. also they took my money after 2 days of purchase while their website clearly states they won't charge your card until item is delivered. have sent so many emails and called so many time always speaking to someone different who was so clumsy that they were clearly making up stuff on the phone.was told so many time my order was priority and I was upgraded to expedite delivery.... well it's all rubbish. I am still waiting for my refund which I doubt I will see now. appalling, disgusting, deceitful in so many ways their site is just pure scam and it should be banned.
unfortunately I have to give 1 star rating just because this is the lowest and I cannot go any lower than this
