I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on line for the first time
One of the shoes were not available in my size I received an email the following day apologizing and offering me a discount if I wished to choose another pair of shoes for the inconvenience
I did so and immediately received my partial refund on the difference
I received an email as soon as the shoes were dispatched
I sent an email asking how many days for arrival of the shoes and received a response immediately
